Job Overview
We are seeking a SEO Strategist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO initiatives across multiple company websites. This role plays a critical part in driving organic traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting the company's broader marketing and eCommerce strategy. The SEO Strategist will leverage advanced SEO tools, AI-driven processes, and best practices to ensure measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
*** This position is On-Site ONLY- No Remote or Hybrid Work Available ***

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlinking campaigns to improve site authority and performance.
  • Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize site health.
  • Leverage AI platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, and others) for content optimization, workflow automation, and research tasks.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategy with content creation and campaigns.
  • Partner with the PPC Strategist to ensure SEO and paid media efforts are complementary.
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis of SEO performance, with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Ensure all SEO practices adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines and ethical standards strong collaboration with marketing, content, and PPC team members.
  • May provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices and AI utilization.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce or multi-site environments.
  • Strong expertise with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, and site authority.
  • Advanced AI prompting skills using platforms like ChatGPT, Grok, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising and ability to collaborate with paid media teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
