Dans un contexte de croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e stratège en marketing SEO numérique avec une forte majeure SEO-GEO pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle est central dans l’élaboration de stratégies organiques performantes et durables. Vous serez appelé·e à travailler sur des mandats d’envergure, en collaboration étroite avec des expert·e·s en contenu, en performance et en technologie.

Nous cherchons une personne capable de naviguer entre vision stratégique et exécution concrète, avec une compréhension fine des écosystèmes numériques et des moteurs de recherche. Vous serez responsable de définir des stratégies organiques avancées dans des contextes complexes (refontes de sites, migrations, optimisation continue), tout en structurant et faisant évoluer notre offre SEO/GEO.



Tâches et responsabilités du poste :
  • Définir et piloter des stratégies SEO avancées (technique, contenu, autorité) intégrant les meilleures pratiques en GEO;
  • Proposer et organiser des stratégies de référencement (guide d’implantation technique, plan de redirection, etc;
  • Faire des analyses et des audits concurrentiels : mots clés, notoriété, liens entrants, etc ;
  • Effectuer du référencement social (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google +…);
  • Jouer un rôle central dans les refontes de sites web (audit SEO, architecture d’information SEO, recommandations techniques SEO);
  • Identifier et activer des opportunités de croissance organique dans une logique de performance à long terme (proactivité positionnement organique);
  • Planifier et mener des initiatives numériques, de la recommandation stratégique à la livraison;
  • Être la référence technique pour les ressources plus junior (analystes et spécialistes SEO);
  • Présenter à notre clientèle les avancées du domaine;
  • Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la performance des livrables SEO et performance (tracking, dashboards, campagnes, etc.);
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de contenu, UX, développement et médias payants;
  • Contribuer à la structuration et à l’optimisation des offres SEO, CRO, SEA et programmatique à l’interne;
  • Conseiller les clients et jouer un rôle de partenaire stratégique dans leur croissance;
  • Préparer et présenter des recommandations ainsi que des bilans de performance (KPIs, insights, storytelling);
  • Rester à l’avant-garde des tendances en SEO, search IA et marketing numérique.

Qualifications et caractéristiques requises
  • Baccalauréat en marketing ou équivalent;
  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en marketing numérique, avec une forte spécialisation en SEO;
  • Expérience significative en agence, un atout important;
  • Expérience en refonte web, migrations SEO et projets complexes;
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés au GEO / AI search, un atout majeur;
  • Maîtrise des outils SEO (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, PeecAi etc.);
  • Excellente maîtrise de Google Analytics;
  • Expérience avec Google Tag Manager et outils de dashboarding (Looker Studio), un atout;
  • Connaissance des CMS (WordPress, WooCommerce) et HTML, un atout;
  • Expérience avec CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), un atout;
  • Certifications Google / Meta, un atout;

In a context of growth, we are looking for a digital SEO marketing strategist with a strong SEO-GEO focus to join our team. This role is central to developing high-performing and sustainable organic strategies. You will work on large-scale mandates, in close collaboration with experts in content, performance, and technology.

We are looking for someone who can navigate between strategic vision and concrete execution, with a deep understanding of digital ecosystems and search engines. You will be responsible for defining advanced organic strategies in complex contexts (site redesigns, migrations, ongoing optimization), while structuring and evolving our SEO/GEO offering.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive advanced SEO strategies (technical, content, authority) integrating best practices in GEO;
  • Propose and organize search engine optimization strategies (technical implementation guide, redirect plan, etc.);
  • Conduct competitive analyses and audits: keywords, brand awareness, backlinks, etc.;
  • Carry out social SEO (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc.);
  • Play a central role in website redesigns (SEO audit, SEO information architecture, technical SEO recommendations);
  • Identify and activate organic growth opportunities with a long-term performance mindset (proactive organic positioning);
  • Plan and lead digital initiatives, from strategic recommendation to delivery;
  • Act as the technical reference for more junior resources (SEO analysts and specialists);
  • Present industry advancements to our clients;
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and performance of SEO and performance deliverables (tracking, dashboards, campaigns, etc.);
  • Work closely with content, UX, development, and paid media teams;

  • Good understanding of GEO / AI search issues, a major asset;
