Hello, I'm Bianka, Senior Team Leader at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area. Mission Under the supervision of the VP, Wealth Management, the Administrative and Financial Controller is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all accounting and financial activities of the Family Office.

The role ensures the accuracy of financial statements, effective budget management, and the optimization of processes through the implementation of technological solutions that support the overall strategy. This position safeguards the integrity of financial data through strong internal controls and clear communication of roles and responsibilities within the team. Assigned Responsibilities - Lead the preparation of monthly and/or quarterly financial statements, including consolidation.

- Oversee general and transactional accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts). - Ensure proactive cash management and monitoring of financial flows. - Prepare, analyze, and review annual and periodic budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, and monitor variances.

Your profile Requirements - Accounting expertise: University degree in accounting, CPA designation, and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including process‑optimization and technology‑implementation projects. - Knowledge of trusts and the accounting standards applicable to this type of industry.
