    We're Hiring for a Process Operator!

    THE ROLE:
    The Process Operator will play a key role in ensuring our production process runs efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to grow within the company and contribute to a team dedicated to operational excellence. You will focus on bottle sorting, forklift operation, resin batching, SDI product management, and working independently to maintain high-quality standards.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    • Sort bottles by size and resin type to ensure proper batching and quality

    • Skillfully operate a forklift to move bottles and materials throughout the plant, and load/unload trucks

    • Efficiently evacuate bottles and generate resin batches in line with production needs

    • Oversee the complete processing of SDI products, from start to finish, including filling and quality testing

    • Operate independently and ensure all tasks are performed accurately and timely

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • High school diploma or GED highly preferred

    • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus

    • Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks efficiently

    DAY IN THE LIFE:

    In this role, the working environment is a manufacturing environment, and the physical demands may include but are not limited to: lifting (5-35 lbs.), regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility. The Process Operator is also regularly required to listen, talk to, and see employees daily to support a team-oriented atmosphere.
