    Now Hiring Cashier/Customer Service Reps! We will train you to be part of our team and succeed in your position. A Wingstop cook is responsible for preparing quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day-to-day.
    Wingstop's mission is to serve the world flavor. Wingstop is the destination when you crave fresh never faked wings, hand-cut seasoned fries and any of our famous sides. For people who demand flavor in everything they do, there's only Wingstop. We are looking for team members who want to deliver a flavor experience.
    We are looking for Customer Service Reps to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. Ultimately, you'll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
    Responsibilities
    • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
    • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
    • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
    • Cross-sell products
    • Resolve customer complaints, and provide relevant information
    • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
    • Maintain clean and tidy areas
    • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
    Skills
    • Work experience as a customer service rep or a cashier or in a similar role in sales
    • Basic PC knowledge
    • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
    • Good math skills
    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • Customer satisfaction-oriented
    • High school diploma or GED
    Requirements:
    Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
    • Prefer some experience using a computer and register (POS) system
