Crossfire is a temporary hiring firm - this role is a contract position with our client:
Jr. Project Manager

Contract Length: 12 Months
Work Setup: Remote (Mandatory in-person interview and onboarding in New York, NY)

Join a collaborative technology team focused on delivering impactful IT initiatives that support business operations and strategic goals. As a Jr. Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing project intake, and guiding initiatives through the organization's IT governance and approval processes.

Jr. Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and support cross-functional IT projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Manage the project intake process by gathering business requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Guide projects through the IT development lifecycle and demand management approval process.
  • Track project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate clear communication between business partners and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support Business Solutions Delivery initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of project governance processes.
Jr. Project Manager Qualifications Required Qualifications
  • Proven end-to-end Project Management experience, from project initiation through closeout.
  • Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting or managing Demand Management programs.
  • Experience working within Microsoft Platforms.
  • Understanding of Business Relationship Management and Service Delivery programs.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of project intake workflows and IT approval procedures.

  • This is a remote position.
  • Candidates must be available for a mandatory in-person interview in New York, NY.
  • Mandatory in-person onboarding will also take place in New York, NY before remote work begins.
