We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Summary:
Highly strategic, detail-oriented leader serving as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day operations related to the management of RPCs within Walmart's Fresh Produce Supply-chain. Drives the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive effective decision-making and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the day-to-day Walmart program across the IFCO organization, with accountability for forecast planning, customer rollout execution, and delivery against budget, volume, and performance targets
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify, activate, and drive volume growth opportunities through new item rollout, supplier compliance improvements, and year-over-year performance gains
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and Walmart stakeholders to align on growth strategies and ensure successful execution across the supply chain
  • Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of retail data solutions in partnership with Walmart, utilizing retailer data to uncover actionable insights that drive volume, improve asset control, and strengthen supply chain accountability
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the network, translating insights into strategic actions that support growth and operational efficiency
  • Partner across internal teams (S&OP, commercial, finance, operations, and logistics teams) to expand core business, optimize existing programs, and unlock new areas of growth within the Walmart ecosystem
  • Strengthen and evolve the strategic partnership with Walmart by delivering data-driven recommendations, improving visibility, and aligning on shared business objectives
  • Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide end-to-end visibility into the Walmart program, delivering actionable insights to drive performance and decision-making
  • Prepare and present strategic updates and performance reviews for executive leadership, project steering committees, Walmart stakeholders, and grower partners

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or agribusiness-related field
  • Must be geographically located to assigned customers
  • Experience in fresh produce retail analytics highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in data analytics (POS data, such as Retail Link)
  • Previous experience contacting regional and national retailers at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with customers 5+ years related experience in preferably in the fresh produce industry
  • Prior experience working with and/or calling on Walmart preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated and succeed with limited direct supervision
  • Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and the capability to identify needed resources and dispatch them quickly to improve performance
  • Computer literacy required, including proficiency in standard business applications included in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi (Qlik Sense added plus).
