• Ensure all work complies with applicable state, local, and municipal building codes and safety regulations

• Pull permits and coordinate inspections as required

• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in plain language with upfront pricing

• Accurately document work completed, parts used, and time spent for billing and records

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working order

• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to prioritize and schedule service calls efficiently

Requirements

• Active Master Plumber license in the applicable state (required)

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, with at least 2 years at the Master Plumber level

• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices

• Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring standing, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with water damage restoration services

• Familiarity with hydro-jetting equipment and sewer camera systems

• Prior experience in a franchise or multi-location service environment

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• EPA or other relevant trade certifications

• Overtime opportunities; 24/7 operation means real earning potential

• Health, dental, and vision insurance
