  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Life, disability, and supplemental insurance options

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated Fire Damage Specialist โ€“ Intermediate (Level 3) to support remediation and restoration efforts for residential and light commercial clients. This hands-on role is ideal for restoration professionals ready to take the next stepโ€”building leadership skills while contributing to complex, high-impact fire loss projects.

In this position, youโ€™ll perform industry-standard fire and smoke remediation work while supporting and mentoring entry-level technicians and assisting advanced team members on larger or more complex projects. Youโ€™ll be a key contributor to jobsite safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

To qualify:

  • Minimum of 12 months of prior experience as a Fire Damage Specialist (or equivalent industry experience)

  • Direct involvement in 25+ fire damage projects

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow direction while working efficiently under supervision

  • Coordinate and guide small crews of unskilled labor to ensure productivity and quality outcomes

  • Perform industry-standard fire, smoke, and odor removal techniques

  • Execute structural cleaning and pre-cleaning processes in fire-damaged environments

  • Safely remove debris while protecting unaffected areas of the property

  • Assist with installation and maintenance of containment systems

  • Serve as an on-site resource for basic project questions, escalating issues when appropriate

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean, serviceable equipment

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism

  • Safeguard client property in accordance with Our Clientโ€™s quality standards

  • Deliver strong customer service under time-sensitive conditions

  • Work nights, weekends, and travel as required

  • Accurately document labor hours, equipment use, and consumables

  • Participate in company-sponsored safety and operational training

Requirements & Expectations
  • Supervise unskilled labor on residential and light commercial projects

  • Perform dry and wet pre-cleaning under supervision

  • Assist with debris removal, contents manipulation, and containment setup

  • Maintain tools and equipment used in daily operations

  • Support emergency response efforts as business needs require

Why Join Our Client?

At Our Client, youโ€™re not just restoring buildingsโ€”youโ€™re helping people recover during some of their most challenging moments. Youโ€™ll be part of a team that values training, teamwork, safety, and career progression, with clear paths to advanced technical or leadership roles.
