With over six decades of industry excellence in drywall, masonry, concrete/masonry restoration, Divisions 8 & 10, structural strengthening, and building envelope restoration, they've built a reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Create precise budgets utilizing historical project data
- Conduct regular site visits to all projects, ensuring proper field methods and comprehensive project knowledge
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of project documentation, cost control, estimating and construction management systems
- Analyze and interpret contracts, plans, specifications and change orders
- Monitor and manage labor allocation across projects, including subcontractors and internal resources
- Skillfully coordinate material ordering, tracking and administration according to established protocols
- Deliver timely project updates and verify completed work
- Handle accounting responsibilities including invoices, requisitions, and payroll approvals
- Lead and develop team members, fostering professional growth
- Serve as a company representative, maintaining exceptional client relationships

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting preferred
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with strong estimating background (2+ years as assistant estimator)

- Proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments
- Track record of meeting/exceeding goals independently
- Self-motivated with commitment to excellence
- Willingness to work from office or job sites
This position requires a criminal background check and signing a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement (this is NOT a non-compete).
