Job Summary:
The UPS Store #3006 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Henrico, Virginia. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting the Store Manager in managing a team of staff members. This is a full-time, hourly customer service job with a focus on management. The compensation for this role is $17 to $20 per hour and is paid semi-monthly.

    Responsibilities:

  • ssist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, store maintenance, inventory management, and customer service
  • T
  • rain and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures

  • esolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • nsure all company policies and procedures are followed consistently by all team members
