Job description
Product Development Project Manager
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to define and support the product roadmap and business strategy.
- Experience in Management or strategy consulting or customer experience.
- Drive operation of key pricing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.
- Monitor project progress; anticipate and reduce risk.
- Influence teams to meet delivery milestones.
- Managing end to end testing and client validation.
- Experience with Power point and Excel.
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
- 7 plus years in a similar role with a preferred focus on product strategy and/or product management transformation in the telecommunications or related industry.
- Proven experience working across multiple functions, developing and executing major initiatives applied across the organization.
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies and ensuring process governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing user stories and customer journey mappings.
- Develop a customer first roadmap to transform flows into developer capabilities needed for best-in-class user experiences.
Desired Skills:
- Analyze E2E flows and identify areas for enhancement.
- Experience supporting business development efforts
- Strong competence in modern API and adaptable micro-frontend product management.
- Experience in successfully delivering solutions for large-scale applications across multiple channels and platforms.
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
