Job Description:
- Administration for US Domestic Lump Sums: Receive SNOW requests from HR or Recruiter and initiate Cartus to process US domestic lump sums.
- Creating Workday Confidential requisitions
- Prepares cost projections or relocation estimates for HR and/or MS review.
- Receives approval documentation and completes final authorization process for mobility cases
- Responsible for inputs and updates to Mobility specific systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow and PwC MyMobility)
- Update MyMobility Milestones
- Workday and MyMobility Reporting
- Create MyMobility tile and run cost projections from the Mobility intake form
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload at all times
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong team player
- Possess a satisfactory level of Business acumen
- Confident, calm and focused manner
- Data Entry Skills
- Advanced MS, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
