Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Foremen and onsite construction crews.
Plan craft activities, including manpower, equipment, materials, and work methods.
Coordinate labor and equipment usage with other Superintendents and Foremen.
Review construction plans and identify potential errors, conflicts, and cost-saving opportunities before work begins.
Monitor project budgets and control field-related costs.
Ensure compliance with construction safety and health requirements.
Coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
Ensure all work is performed safely, professionally, and according to plans and specifications.
Work with Project Managers and Foremen to identify, document, and manage scope changes and extra work.
Coordinate with Inspectors and Owners to maintain smooth project execution.
Maintain effective communication and organization throughout the project.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar construction leadership role.
Strong understanding of construction processes and field operations.
Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and related documents.
Knowledge of construction safety and health requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work with Inspectors, Owners, Foremen, and project teams.
Ability to lift heavy materials and operate construction equipment as required.
