Job description

Loader/Plant Operator

We are looking for a Loader/Plant Operator to join our team. As a Loader/Plant Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for safely operating front-end loaders and aggregate processing equipment to support daily pit and plant operations. Duties include loading customer and company trucks, managing material stockpiles, monitoring and operating crushing, screening, and wash plant equipment, supplying materials to production crews, conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance, maintaining accurate load weights, and assisting with site housekeeping. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, quality, and efficiency while helping ensure smooth day-to-day aggregate production operations.
