About the Role

We're seeking aBusiness Development Managerto lead the growth and execution ofVTE (Venous Thromboembolism) programsacross our Central Atlantic Regional (Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana) market. This role partners closely with SalesLeadership,Field Sales, Strategic/KeyAccounts, and hospital stakeholders to build scalable, data-driven programs that drive clinical impact and business growth. You'll serve as asubject matter expert,helpinglead/coordinateprogram strategy, execution, and training across priority accounts while influencing both clinical and economic decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Help lead development, execution, and expansion of VTE andArterialprograms acrosskey hospital and IDN accounts
  • Ownership along with local field stakeholders strategic program growth across~15 priority focus accounts
  • Partner withRegional Leaders, Strategic Sales, and Account Managersto drive adoption and performancewithin supported regions
  • Engage clinical, operational, and economic stakeholders to build sustainable, top-down program strategies
  • Utilizeeconomic analysis and clinical performance datato support business cases and growth initiatives
  • Train and enable field teams onVTE Excellence concepts and evolving initiatives
  • Drive measurable outcomes including program growth, physician engagement, and account penetration withlocal sales stakeholders
  • Champion collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture aligned withStryker values
  • Partner withStrategic Sales/Customer Solutionsto support PV overarching commercial needs in supported regions.

What You Bring

  • 6-7+ years ofbusiness developmentor similarwithin MedTech or healthcare
  • Proven success building and scalinghospital-based programs
  • Strong business acumen with experience leveragingfinancial and clinical data
  • Ability to influence across functions and work independently
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • Leadership Experience Preferred

Sales Base + commission: $125,000.00 salary and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
