Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to identify their individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
  • Providing patients with purposeful and skilled care, utilizing advanced techniques to promote recovery in alignment with their physician’s plan.
  • Educating patients and their caregivers about therapy procedures, self-management strategies, and health maintenance.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication within the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Documenting patient progress diligently, meeting utilization metrics, and adhering to organizational business goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

We ask that applicants have the following qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of clinical experience within a rehabilitation or related therapeutic environment. Compensation and Benefits
