Job description

The work:

  • Lead and manage change management initiatives for Pega-based transformation programs.
  • Facilitate business process reengineering (BPR) to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enable optimized future-state operations.
  • Conduct requirements-gathering activities such as workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Prioritize business requirements and change requests to maximize impact and ensure strategic delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute change strategies that support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor and report on change-management progress, surfacing risks and challenges early and driving proactive resolution.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Leverage insights aligned with practices including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption planning.
  • Apply modern, human-centered change frameworks consistent to ensure alignment, ability, and adoption across impacted teams.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8 years of professional work experience.
  • Hands-on experience leading change management initiatives, preferably supporting Pega implementations or other enterprise technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of business process optimization, BPR methodologies, and transformation frameworks.
  • Experience with requirements-gathering techniques including workshops, interviews, and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, human-centered change, or equivalent).
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across multiple functional groups.

Bonus points if you have:  

  • Experience leading change within Pega-enabled digital transformation initiatives.
  • Background in enterprise adoption planning, organizational readiness, and training development
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and practices.
  • Experience collaborating with technical delivery teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Exposure to metrics-driven change models and behavioral science-based approaches.

Security clearance:

  • Active Top Secret clearance.
