Position Summary
Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assists project managers throughout all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Uses appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Communicates project schedules, changes, and budgets to stakeholders.
- Coordinates project meetings to align stakeholders to methods and goals and track project tasks.
- Supports business partners in completing and processing project submittals.
- Monitors and tracks task completion statuses, identifies at-risk project tasks, and develops mitigation plans to keep project deliverables on schedule.
- Maintains and organizes project documentation and aids.
- Reviews and verifies the quality of work being performed meets contract specifications and the organization's guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or a related field.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
