How does a Senior Field Service Engineer typically collaborate with clients and internal teams during complex technical projects?

Senior Field Service Engineers often serve as the primary point of contact between clients and their company’s technical teams. They are responsible for managing onsite installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, while also relaying client feedback and requirements to engineering or product teams. Effective communication and coordination are essential, as these engineers frequently work alongside project managers, sales engineers, and customer support to ensure project success.
