Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is a company seeking a Scrum Master IV to facilitate Agile practices for their teams. The role involves guiding daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles for effective project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitates Scrum practices for Agile teams, guiding daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Removes obstacles to team progress and ensures adherence to Scrum principles for effective project delivery.
• Sr. level Scrum Master with proven track record leading agile teams to achieve sprint goals and delivery commitments.
• Strong core skills: facilitation, communication, forecasting, dependency management, organization.
• Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate communication among highly experienced business and IT associates.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change.
• Prior e-commerce experience/exposure preferred.
• Prior use of tools: JIRA, Mural, Confluence, Microsoft O365 (including Teams & SharePoint)
