Key Responsibilities:

• Packing & Unpacking: Ensure safe and secure transportation of items, from delicate valuables to large furniture.
  
• Furniture Handling: Efficiently move and set up furniture, ensuring it reaches its destination intact.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and project managers to achieve the best results.
  
• Loading Assistance: Take pride in loading and unloading items, making sure every detail is covered.
  
• Setup & Unpacking: Help restore order by setting up furniture and unpacking items in a methodical manner.
  
• Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments-every day brings new challenges.
  
• Environmental Resilience: Work in varying conditions-whether hot, cold, rain or shine-with a positive attitude.
  

Qualifications:

• Physical Fitness: Strong and capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  
• Communication Skills: A natural team player with excellent communication skills.

• Adaptability: Ability to shift gears in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift Experience: Not required, but a plus-training will be provided!
  

Job Type: Full-time

Please Note: This is not an 8:00 am - 5:00 pm position. Crews can start earlier and get off later depending on jobs, job location, and number of jobs.
Experience: 1 year in Packing and Moving (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
