Job description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex,
cross-functional programs across the Sales & Licensing technology portfolio. In this
role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, business, legal, and finance
stakeholders to deliver programs that accelerate deal velocity, improve content
distribution efficiency, and scale our monetization capabilities.
You will own end-to-end program delivery for initiatives spanning platform integrations,
agentic AI automation, API modernization, and multi-team migration programs - operating
with a high degree of autonomy and leading through ambiguity at scale.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end technical program delivery for one or more workstreams within the
Sales & Licensing technology portfolio, from requirements definition through

Define and maintain program plans, milestones, risk registries, and escalation paths;
drive weekly program reviews and executive status reporting (WBR, QBR, MBR).
Partner with SDMs and engineering leads to identify dependencies, surface blockers,
and coordinate across 5+ concurrent workstreams spanning multiple time zones.
Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders - including Sales,
Finance, Legal, and Distribution Operations - on requirements, trade-offs, and
delivery commitments.
Build and maintain the operational rhythm for program execution: sprint planning
cadences, decision logs, RACI matrices, and DRI accountability mechanisms.
Identify systemic process gaps and design scalable mechanisms to address them,
including tooling improvements, runbooks, and automation of manual reporting workflows.
Contribute to OP1/OP2 planning cycles by owning headcount justification narratives,
investment ask documentation, and program-level cost-benefit analysis.
