    Job overview:

    Schneider is seeking a Benefits Manager in Green Bay to manage day-to-day tasks and long-term strategy related to Schneiders associate benefits program. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for leading a communication strategy that educates associates on Schneiders health and wellness offerings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of benefits associates.
    • Manage all activities related to Schneiders health and wellness offerings and strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws, conduct annual audits, and ensure Schneider adheres to all regulations.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure high service levels.
    • Establish processes to evaluate program success.
    • Use sound judgment to resolve health and wellness issues involving associates.
    • Participate in leadership teams to assess, develop and communicate changes to benefit plans and processes.
    • Coordinate the development of all communication materials related to benefits, health and wellness.

    Skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, risk management or business administration.
    • One plus years of related experience.
    • Experience working with absence management, including STD, LTD, FMLA and PTO.
    • Project management experience.
    • Experience leading and managing people.
    • Strong organization skills.
    • Able to work with a wide variety of people.
