    Role and ResponsibilitiesRole Overview

    Samsung Electronics America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Sales Systems & Planning to join the Sales Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key driver in leading strategic systems operations and planning with a strong focus on process improvement initiatives, cross-functional project management, and vendor governance. You will partner closely with Finance, IT, Security, Sales leadership, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable operational solutions that accelerate business performance. This role will be at the forefront of AI system and process adoption within existing tools or identifying best in class tools to implement.

    Essential Duties
    • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the B2B technology stack, including annual planning, budgeting, and contract management across all platforms and vendors
    • Maintain real-time visibility into contract milestones, renewal timelines, and vendor commitments through a centralized renewals management framework
    • Lead vendor negotiations, managing commercial terms, service agreements, and ongoing relationships in alignment with organizational objectives and procurement policies
    • Develop and present systems reporting and executive-level dashboards to communicate contract status, spend analysis, and technology portfolio health to senior leadership
    • Build and maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap that aligns platform capabilities with business goals and identifies opportunities to consolidate, upgrade, or replace tools
    • Continuously evaluate the technology landscape to identify best-in-class solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage across sales operations
    • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the existing technology stack, ensuring tools are being utilized to their fullest potential
    • Lead the identification, evaluation, and adoption of AI-powered tools and platforms that enhance sales operations workflows and productivity
    • Proactively research and surface AI features and capabilities embedded within existing tools, driving their activation and adoption across relevant teams
    • Establish a repeatable framework for assessing and piloting emerging AI technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation
    • Conduct strategic analysis to identify process gaps and lead structured process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
    • Serve as end-to-end project manager for systems and process improvement initiatives, owning planning, status tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
    • Lead cross-functional project initiatives through all phases including requirements gathering, system implementations, UAT coordination, and structured rollouts
    • Facilitate recurring program reviews to ensure alignment across stakeholders on milestones, deliverables, and escalation paths
    • Lead change management activities following the introduction of new systems, tools, or processes, ensuring stakeholder alignment, team training, and smooth adoption across all impacted functions
    • Develop enablement materials and communication plans that support successful technology transitions and drive sustained user adoption
    Qualification Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable discipline
    • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Experience with system migrations and process improvement methodologies
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with project management and BI tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences.
    • AI systems or process adoption (preferred)
    • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (preferred)
