    Job Summary:
    The Electrical Designer/ Engineer will work in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment. Our Electrical Designers focus primarily on the design of building related projects, including, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, hospital and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop electrical distribution and emergency generator system designs and documentation in AutoCAD/Revit.
    • Understanding and design of lighting systems, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
    • Perform electrical load calculations and select and size equipment
    • Edit electrical system specifications
    • Survey existing buildings and identify electrical systems and components
    • Review submittals of equipment for compliance with the contract documents
    • Observe and report upon electrical construction work in progress
    • Interact with project team members and leaders

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • You have an Associates or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology program (or similar) is a plus.
    • You have 3-5 years of experience in design of electrical systems for various types of facilities.
    • You have design experience in commercial, residential and institutional projects.
    • You have hands-on experience with latest versions of REVIT, MS Office, Outlook, and engineering calculation and performance simulation software.
    • Location: Austin, TX

    Travel: Up to 10%
    Compensation & Benefits:
    The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
    This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
