We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support via phone and live chat in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• 2–5 years of IT Service Desk or customer support experience
• Technical support via phone/chat
• Windows and strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT issues
• Document and resolve support tickets
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Support multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
