Job description

Overview

Resonetics is a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing, driving innovation in the medical device industry. With rapid expansion across all our locations, we continue to push the boundaries of technology while fostering a dynamic, employee-centered culture. Our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes Resonetics an exciting place for professionals passionate about shaping the future of micro-manufacturing and being part of something bigger.

The Global ERP Program Lead at Resonetics is responsible for delivering complex ERP initiatives and owning day-to-day ERP support and enhancements in a lean environment. This role combines program leadership with direct individual contribution-owning outcomes across planning, execution, and ongoing support.

Deep ERP expertise is required; prior experience with Epicor or QAD is not. Candidates with strong experience in other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS) who can translate business processes across systems are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role is accountable for three core areas:

  • Program Delivery: Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets, and lead complex ERP initiatives end-to-end. Ensure clear scope, disciplined execution, and delivery against committed timelines and budgets. Develop and present executive-ready materials for C-level stakeholders.
  • Operational Ownership: Own day-to-day ERP support and enhancements. When issues arise, take immediate ownership-mobilizing internal resources, consultants, and vendors to drive resolution and restore operations quickly.
  • Lean Execution: Operate without a large internal team. Personally produce high-quality deliverables and ensure consultants deliver complete, accurate work. Set direction, close gaps, and maintain momentum without relying on others to do so.

This role does not require hands-on configuration in Epicor or QAD. It requires the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, guide solution design, drive alignment with business stakeholders, and ensure project teams comprised of both business and technical resources deliver results against defined scope, timelines, and objectives.

Success in this role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently. The right candidate takes responsibility for outcomes, maintains high standards for quality and completeness, and ensures progress continues without waiting for escalation or additional layers of support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver ERP business cases for migrations and other complex ERP initiatives, including clear scope, assumptions, financials, and executive-ready materials for C-level stakeholders
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans and budgets; track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery against committed timelines and financial targets
  • Lead ERP initiatives end-to-end, from requirements through deployment, ensuring completeness and accuracy at each phase
  • Facilitate requirements discussions with business SMEs, translating needs into clear, actionable ERP requirements and solution direction
  • Partner with functional leaders to align ERP capabilities with business processes, ensuring practical and scalable outcomes
  • Own day-to-day ERP performance, including issue resolution, enhancements, and overall system stability
  • Take immediate ownership of production issues, mobilizing internal resources, consultants, and vendors to drive timely resolution
  • Lead and direct external consultants and vendors; ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with defined scope and expectations
  • Identify gaps in plans, requirements, or deliverables and take action to resolve them without deferring ownership
  • Produce clear, concise status updates, risks, and decisions for leadership, maintaining transparency and accountability across all initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or Master's is a plus, not required)
  • 12+ years delivering ERP initiatives, including business cases, planning, and execution
  • Background as an ERP functional or technical expert earlier in career, with the ability to apply that depth to drive planning, execution, and issue resolution
  • Deep experience with a major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, or similar), supporting complex financial and operational processes; ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience leading complex ERP projects end-to-end in lean environments without large internal teams
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive solutions
  • Experience presenting plans, budgets, status updates, and recommendations to C-level leadership
  • Experience leading consultants and vendors to deliver complete, accurate, and on-time work
  • Experience with ERP integrations, ideally including M&A-related migrations
  • Takes ownership and closes gaps-does not wait for others to do it
  • Can build clear business cases, project plans, status updates, and budgets without heavy support
  • Runs effective requirements discussions and translates business needs into actionable direction
  • Identifies issues early and drives them to resolution
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, including with executive stakeholders
  • Stays organized and drives execution in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical device industry, with knowledge of regulatory and quality compliance standards is preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred
Physical Demands

Willingness and flexibility to travel as required (up to 10%)

Compensation
  • The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $144,000-$190,000.
  • For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa or TN sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
