Job description

Immediate need for a talented Interaction Designer/ UI Engineer. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build high-quality experiences with a systems approach.  
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system: developing reusable components and documentation. 
  • Translate experience specifications, content and creative direction into polished UI and working code.  
  • Work with Figma or emerging AI design tooling to design, spec, and prototype. 
  • Integrate and manage content through Sitecore (headless CMS), supporting real-world publishing needs.
  • Participate in design critiques
  • Partner with engineers on implementation. 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Working within brand guidelines and scalable outcomes
  • Consumer grade web experience
  • Design 
  • Proficient with Figma, creating and scaling design systems 
  • Experience with emerging AI design tooling and workflows 
  • Motion design & animation 
  • Strong visual & interaction sensibility 
  • Data viz design 
  • 5+ years hybrid design/frontend experience working on B2C products 
  • Engineering 
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or modern frontend framework) 
  • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms 
  • D3.js, Recharts, or similar (data viz) 
  • Component-based architecture 
  • WCAG accessibility standards 
  • Design tokens & design system tooling 
  • Storybook or similar component documentation 
  • experience with front end frameworks
  • Experience with CMS
  • Soft Skills:Good presentation skills
  • Years of Experience:-5 years
