The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Consumer Banking & Payments Consulting Senior Associate, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role, you will analyze client needs and provide consulting services across different strategic areas, offering guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Conducting competitive analysis and consumer behavior research to inform strategic planning
- Developing and implementing business strategies that align with client objectives and drive growth
- Utilizing data analytics to interpret insights and inform recommendations
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality solutions
- Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance overall business performance
- Supporting client engagements by leveraging strategic management and consulting skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Embracing change and ambiguity to foster personal growth and deepen technical skills
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience
What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's Degree

- Prior Financial Services industry experience, within Consumer Banking and/or Payments
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business strategy
- Conducting research to inform strategic planning
- Developing customer experience (CX) strategies for financial services
- Embracing change to enhance business transformation
- Leveraging data analytics for competitive analysis
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity in market trends

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
