• We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with deep expertise in SQL Server and ETL development to lead technical initiatives while remaining handson in design, development, and optimization.
• This role combines leadership responsibilities with advanced technical execution to deliver highquality, scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in SQL Server development and data engineering. Strong expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
• Handson experience with ETL tools (SSIS or similar). Solid understanding of data warehousing, OLTP/OLAP concepts, and database design patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or other cloud data services. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Lead a technical team in designing and implementing databasedriven applications and ETL workflows. Perform hands-on development in SQL Server, including TSQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
