    We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Canoga Park, CA.     Responsibilities
    • Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and service options.
    • Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing your expertise and best practices.
    • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
    • NATE certified perferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Californai valid driver's license pursuant to Company policy.
    • EPA certification is a plus.
