As a senior product strategist at Level20, you'll play a key role in enhancing and evolving the digital experience for our newly launched personal loan product, Oriel. In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering, design, operations, legal and compliance and other teams to understand customer and business needs, translate product ideas into clear requirements, and deliver features and enhancements that support a growing lending product. As Oriel continues to grow, you'll leverage customer feedback, operational data, and business insights to prioritize improvements, optimize the digital experience and help shape future product direction.

Our team has the backing of Progressive, which gives us access to a larger resource pool than a traditional start-up.
This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).
Minimum qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products and services
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products or services

Preferred skills
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs, product ideas, and customer problems into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Background in fintech, lending, banking, or another regulated industry with understanding of industry terminology and regulatory considerations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with engineering, design, operations, legal and compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product enhancements; Comfortable navigating changing priorities while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Experience using customer feedback, operational data, funnel/performance metrics, and business insights to prioritize enhancements and inform product decisions
  • Experience with product delivery practices and tools such as Jira, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, SCRUM, UAT coordination, or release readiness

Compensation
  • 100,000 - $150,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
