Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives for skilled manufacturing roles.
• Conduct HR-related training and development programs for staff.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices, particularly as they apply to manufacturing.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation within a production setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance within a manufacturing context.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
• Proven track record in talent development and succession planning
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their application to HR
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to support a diverse workforce
