Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Launch Your Career in Electronics with PeopleShare: PeopleShare is seeking an Entry-Level Electronic Technician to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates of technical, vocational, or trade school programs who are looking to build a career in electronics manufacturing and assembly.
If you have hands-on experience with soldering, circuit boards, electronic assembly, or testing through school projects, labs, internships, or previous work experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do: As an Electronic Technician, you'll work closely with our clients production and engineering teams to assemble and test electronic products while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products according to work instructions
  • Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Test and troubleshoot basic electronic assemblies
  • Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments
  • Follow schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support continuous improvement and production goals

Qualifications:
  • Technical school, trade school, certificate program, or Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Hands-on soldering experience gained through coursework, labs, projects, internships, military training, or previous employment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written instructions and technical documentation
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Experience assembling electronic components or circuit boards
  • Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes or other electronic test equipment
