Overview

The Senior Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Coordinator plays an important role in delivering engaging employee development experiences and supporting key organizational effectiveness initiatives across the organization. This role combines facilitation, coordination, program administration, and project support to help ensure learning and talent programs are executed with excellence.

This position reports to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, OE team members, HR, leaders, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to support onboarding, learning, leadership development, employee engagement, and annual talent processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, and energized by helping employees learn, grow, and succeed.

This role is ideal for someone with a positive mindset who enjoys balancing facilitation, relationship-building, project/program coordination, and operational execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Responsibilities

Learning Delivery & Facilitation

Facilitate new hire orientation sessions using established content and materials.

Facilitate onboarding experiences and employee development programs.

Facilitate employee soft skills training, professional development sessions, and learning activities using adult learning principles.

Create an engaging, organized, and positive learner experience for both virtual and in-person sessions.

Support learning reinforcement and employee participation efforts for organizational learning initiatives.

Program Coordination, Administration & Operations

Coordinate logistics and administrative support for learning programs, OE initiatives, annual cycles, and special projects.

Coordinate meeting logistics, project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communications for assigned programs and initiatives.

Maintain learner records, program documentation, completion data, templates, workflows, and reporting tools.

Support LMS administration and performance management system administration; serve as cross-trained backup support where needed.

Support employee communications related to learning, engagement, recognition, and organizational initiatives.

Coordinate with external training partners, vendors, facilitators, and subject matter experts as needed to support successful program delivery.

Manage training calendars, scheduling, communications, materials, attendance tracking, evaluations, and follow-up activities.

Assist with department metrics, reporting, and program effectiveness tracking.

Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Program Support

Support implementation and execution of organizational effectiveness and employee development initiatives.

Provide coordination support for leadership programs, emerging leader initiatives, career path programs, and team development efforts.

Support employee readiness and communications for annual processes including performance reviews, goal setting, and talent initiatives.

Assist with rollout and employee support for compliance training and other enterprise-wide learning initiatives.

Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.

Collaboration & Employee Support

Serve as a responsive and service-oriented point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders regarding OE and learning programs.

Build strong collaborative relationships across HR, OE, business teams, and operational leaders.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and new initiatives.

Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to support team and organizational priorities as needed.

Support a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, HR coordination, onboarding, organizational effectiveness, or related experience.

Experience facilitating orientation, onboarding, training sessions, workshops, or employee learning programs.

Strong organizational, administrative, project coordination, and follow-through skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and details in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.

Highly collaborative with a flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.

Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service mindset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Proven ability to rapidly learn and master new software, platforms, and technical systems.

Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with learning management systems, HR systems, employee engagement tools, or recognition platforms.

Experience with virtual and in-person facilitation.

Exposure to organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, or culture initiatives.
