  • Partner with internal teams to support rapid decision-making and reduce operational impacts.

  • Coordinate and deliver Quality Assurance training, including Supplier Quality Management (SQM), auditing practices, and Process Management Approval (PMA) materials.

  • Prepare monthly reports, project documentation, and other quality-related reporting as required.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality policies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Support benchmarking initiatives and documentation mapping to drive process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory quality systems and aerospace standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically 3+ years of experience in a technical or quality-related field, including quality assurance, documentation, technical writing, technology, or similar disciplines.

  • Experience compiling data, tracking programs, and analyzing quality metrics.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience developing and delivering training presentations and educational materials.

  • Strong knowledge of policy and procedure development, documentation control, and process maintenance.

  • Experience with benchmarking, documentation mapping, and continuous process improvement.

  • Working knowledge of regulatory Quality Systems and aerospace quality standards, including FAA, TCCA, or equivalent regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

  • Experience supporting supplier quality initiatives within aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Knowledge of quality auditing methodologies and corrective/preventive action processes.

  • Familiarity with industry quality management systems and continuous improvement tools.
