Build Your Future with PDS Tech Commercial — Join an Industry Leader as an Order Builder!

Location: Fossil Creek, TX | Payrate: $14.50/hour | Schedule: Mon to Fri 7pm to 7am

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Order Builders for a leading global beverage company. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse role where you'll build and stage orders to support daily distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and build orders using pick tickets

  • Load, organize, and stage pallets for shipment

  • Safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment

  • Lift, move, restock, and rotate products (up to 50 lbs.)

  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards

  • Work on your feet for 8–12 hour shifts

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 6+ months of general work experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, walking, reaching, and standing

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Steel-toe safety boots required

Preferred:

  • Warehouse or distribution experience

  • Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts

Safety Requirements:

  • Follow all facility safety and GMP guidelines

  • Face covering and temperature screening required onsite (if applicable)

  • Wear approved 6" steel/composite toe, puncture-resistant, slip-resistant safety boots

  • Non-logo red, black, or gray t-shirt; non-logo baseball cap if worn

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
