What You'll Do

As an AWC Regional Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between individuals, families, community partners, and PathWays leadership while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Supports Coordination Organizations, Administrative Entities, and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)
  • Conduct intake meetings and guide individuals and families through enrollment processes
  • Stay informed on state, county, and ODP updates and communicate changes effectively
  • Support Managing Employers and Support Service Professionals through training and ongoing guidance
  • Develop weekly schedules that balance administrative responsibilities with community outreach and relationship-building
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered goals
  • Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to individuals, families, and stakeholders
  • Drive regional growth initiatives and expand awareness of PathWays services throughout Eastern Allegheny County
