What You'll Do
As an AWC Regional Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between individuals, families, community partners, and PathWays leadership while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Supports Coordination Organizations, Administrative Entities, and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)
- Conduct intake meetings and guide individuals and families through enrollment processes
- Stay informed on state, county, and ODP updates and communicate changes effectively
- Support Managing Employers and Support Service Professionals through training and ongoing guidance
- Develop weekly schedules that balance administrative responsibilities with community outreach and relationship-building
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered goals
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to individuals, families, and stakeholders
- Drive regional growth initiatives and expand awareness of PathWays services throughout Eastern Allegheny County
