Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our digital product experiences. This role will focus on driving key initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful solutions. The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of key product initiatives focused on workflow automation, platform integrations, and AI/ML-powered user experiences . You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other areas of the business to bring new features and products to market, while continually improving existing offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management best practices, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:
o Define and drive the platform integration, AI (Artificial Intelligence), & ML (Machine Learning) product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
o Lead market and customer research to identify new opportunities and customer needs, ensuring product decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.
o Develop and manage the product lifecycle from ideation, MVP, and feature development through launch and ongoing optimization.
o Define and advocate for responsible AI product initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
o Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and delivers a compelling user experience.
o Work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
o Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to key stakeholders, including executives, sales, and marketing teams.
o Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment across teams on product vision, milestones, and deliverables.
o Lead product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, customers, and partners to showcase product features and benefits.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
o Use data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions on feature prioritization and optimization.
o Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform the ongoing product development process.
o Conduct competitive analysis and keep up to date with industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive and differentiated.
Product Launch & Go-to-Market:
o Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring go-to-market strategies are aligned with product positioning and business goals.
o Define and execute launch plans, including product messaging, marketing materials, training, and customer support resources.
o Monitor post-launch performance, gathering feedback and iterating on the product based on customer insights and usage data.

Preferred Qualifications/Education
7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading product initiatives from concept to launch.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
Deep expertise in developing and optimizing AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) applications.
Leading end-to-end launches of AI/ML applications in SaaS or Direct-to-Consumer, enhancing content workflows, and integrating with APIs for scalable multi-channel delivery
Ability to work cross-functionally to build scalable AI/ML solutions that meet operational and customer needs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams around a shared vision.
Experience in adtech, DOOH, or a related industry is a plus, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the digital advertising space.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions and optimize performance.
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ProductBoard.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree or an MBA is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $165,000-$185,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
