We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.

Netflix House is a first-of-its-kind, permanent, year-round home for fans where you can explore, play, taste and shop your way through your favorite Netflix stories. It's free to enter, and once inside, you can dive into activities that immerse you in your favorite titles with a mix of complimentary and paid experiences. With fresh experiences dropping regularly throughout the year, there's always a new reason to come back.

    The Role

The Crew Lead (Attractions) will serve as the daily supervisor for a designated team of Attraction Crew Members (what we call our employees), guiding the flow of fans (what we call our guests), supporting live show elements, and upholding the high standards of safety, service, and story that define the Netflix House experience. These Crew Leads (Attractions) will focus on two employee types: the in-world "Flow" crew, who assist guests in navigating their assigned attraction, and the performing "Show" crew, who bring these worlds to life. This role is a trusted leader who ensures the fan and employee experience is executed as intended throughout each shift.

You will focus on pre-shift communications for your assigned Crew while assisting both your Supervisors and the Manager on Duty to uphold operational, safety, and fan service standards within your attraction area throughout your shift. You will be expected to lead by example in real time by supporting the Crew as they rotate through their workspaces.

This on-site, hourly role reports to the Assistant General Manager with daily oversight by Attractions Supervisors, and is based in King of Prussia, PA.

    What you will do:

    • Act as the daily front-line supervisor of the Attractions team, overseeing two rotating large walk-through location-based experiences, and two smaller evergreen experiences (Top9 and Netflix Virtuals).

    • Conduct pre-shift meetings to inspire the Crew and ensure that all staff have the critical information they need to succeed.

    • Manage dynamic shift labor needs to ensure the correct number of Attractions Crew Members are in place to meet daily attendance volume and event requirements.

    • Liaise with the management team to ensure a responsive feedback loop on operational and technical needs and issues.

    • Implement a comprehensive fan service strategy and serve as the primary point of escalation for service recovery.

    • Ensure the Attractions Crew Members provide best-in-class service to our Fans by providing them with knowledge and feedback.

    • Conduct on-the-job training for various roles.

    • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.

    • Act as a Netflix ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.

    • Foster a culture of safety in all actions.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What we need from you:

    • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment

    • Prior experience leading teams in attractions, immersive experiences, live entertainment, theme parks, theater, or guest-facing operations.

    • A calm, clear communicator who can prioritize tasks while staying responsive to Fan and Crew needs in a fast-paced work environment.

    • A passion for storytelling, immersive environments, and building unforgettable guest moments.

    • Willingness to learn and/or understanding of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.

    • A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and pride in creating experiences for guests.

    • Ability to inspire and provide feedback to Crew in real-time.

    • Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.

    • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day operation.

    Compensation: $24.08 - $35.10 per hour
