Provide a short description of the Position: (1) Billing and Collection System In-house developed billing system for Workers Compensation and disability insurance for generating premium and maintenance transactions for the internal as well as customer portal. (2) Policy Center Diary System In-house developed web application for create, search and assign diaries. (3)Audit Installments and Interest charge Enhancements In-house developed transaction processing system for Workers Compensation and Disability Insurance for processing Audit Installments and Interest charge modules. (4) Kubra Return Payments enhancements In-house developed transaction processing system for Workers Compensation and Disability Insurance for processing Kubra Return Payments modules. (5)Disability and Paid Family Leave Insurance Premium Computation and Analysis In-house developed transaction processing system for Workers Compensation and Disability Insurance for processing Disability and Paid Family Leave Insurance Premium Computation and Analysis modules
Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: • Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers • Develop batch application using .net, oracle • Plan and design the structure of a technology solution • Communicate software requirements to app dev team members • Develop software with modern web development frameworks The consultant will adhere to NYSIF’s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
