Job Summary:
Responsible for the execution and optimization of brand strategies and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand, and sales performance for the US 1-day contact lens portfolio. This role requires a highly organized, proactive marketer who demonstrates strong ownership, communicates effectively across functions, manages multiple priorities simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality work on time. The Associate Brand Manager serves as a key connector across Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Insights, and Global teams to ensure initiatives are executed with excellence and stakeholders remain informed of progress, risks, and opportunities.
Responsibilities
Brand Management
  • Develop deep expertise in the CVI 1-day portfolio, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Execute brand strategies and tactical plans that drive awareness, demand, and sales performance.
  • Manage brand positioning, claims, and messaging to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead assigned workstreams for product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and on-time execution.
  • Translate customer, market, and business insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials, promotional assets, and field communications.
  • Manage Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review submissions and approval processes.
  • Support research, survey execution, and analysis to inform brand strategy.
  • Own execution of pricing communications, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Monitor brand and competitive performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with Global Marketing on strategic product and portfolio initiatives.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Own project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for assigned initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by proactively managing dependencies, resolving issues, and escalating risks as appropriate.
  • Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and next steps clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for delivering commitments on time and within scope.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively solve challenges.

Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly business performance reporting using internal and external data sources.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Measure marketing program, selling promotion and rebate effectiveness and develop recommendations to optimize future investments and initiatives.

Data, Analytics & Forecasting
  • Develop annual sales budgets and monthly demand forecasts for assigned products.
  • Build forecast models and scenario analyses using market data, sales trends, and stakeholder input.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Sales to improve forecast accuracy and inventory planning.
  • Leverage data and analytics to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and drive business performance.

Other Responsibilities
  • Support annual brand planning, strategic planning, and business review processes.
  • Prepare management presentations and business updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other duties related to brand management and marketing as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience & Education:
  • 3-5 years related experience in product or brand management, preferably in the health care industry. Related technical background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing; MBA/Master's a plus
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while balancing competing business demands.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-level updates.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred.
  • Experience leveraging data visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

Work Environment:
  • Normal office environment, with expectations of in-office 5 days a week
  • Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job
  • Prolonged sitting and using a computer
  • Travel will be required as part of this job - up to 10-15% of time

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $98,352.00 and $131,136.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
