If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead teams in the field, and takes pride in getting the job done safely, efficiently, and the right way every time-this is your moment. In this role, you won't just manage operations-you'll own them. From dispatch to quality control, training to safety, you'll be the driving force behind how work gets done and how teams succeed.
What You'll Do- Lead daily field operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and job coordination
- Keep safety at the forefront-conduct site visits and enforce company standards
- Train, coach, and develop technicians to perform at their best
- Drive accountability and performance across your team
- Ensure top-tier quality on every job, every time
- Manage inventory, equipment, and shop organization
- Track job progress, handle reschedules, and keep communication flowing
- Review completed work to ensure accuracy and readiness for invoicing
- Support strong customer relationships through consistent execution and service
- Jump into the field when needed to support the team and get the job done
You're a leader who leads from the front. You're organized, detail-driven, and know how to motivate a team while keeping operations tight.
You bring:
- 2+ years of operations, field service, or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and job site best practices
- Proven ability to train teams and hold people accountable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A high level of organization and follow-through
- Comfort with scheduling systems, inventory tracking, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to be in the field regularly
- Competitive pay of $65,000 - $75,000
