Eagle Dynamic Solutions, LLC provides world-class services in hydraulic dredging, separations, beneficial reuse, transportation, and disposal. We serve industries including power generation, cement, chemical processing, paper, mining, water/wastewater, food processing, and oil & gas.

Position Summary

The Field Operations Manager owns the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of all field operations. This role is responsible for leading field teams, managing project logistics and costs, and building the operational systems required to scale efficiently.

This position combines hands-on operational leadership with ownership of the administrative side of the business—including scheduling, cost tracking, vendor coordination, and field reporting—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Execution

  • Lead all field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time project execution
  • Implement and improve systems to reduce equipment downtime and operational disruptions
  • Standardize processes across job sites to drive consistency
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges as they arise

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

  • Manage and lead a large field team (20+ personnel), including Assistant Field Operations Managers, Field Project Managers, Field Foreman, and Field Technicians
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance
  • Oversee workforce scheduling, planning, and strategic deployment
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching and day-to-day leadership
  • Build a strong, team-oriented culture focused on safety and execution

Operational Systems, Administration & Logistics Oversight

  • Oversee and take ownership of:
  • Purchase orders, invoice approvals, and vendor management
  • Project cost tracking, budgeting, and financial oversight
  • Timekeeping accuracy, approvals, and payroll coordination (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Field documentation (JSAs, production reports, equipment records)
  • Ensure all operational and financial information is accurate and kept up to date
  • Coordinate travel, equipment rentals, and vendor logistics to support field work
  • Build simple, effective processes that keep operations running smoothly as the company grows
  • Delegate administrative tasks where appropriate while maintaining overall responsibility

Cost Management & Resource Planning

  • Manage field budgets and keep projects operating within financial expectations
  • Approve invoices and monitor project spending
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs without sacrificing safety or quality
  • Oversee purchasing, rentals, and subcontracted services
  • Plan inventory and resources to support ongoing operations

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Experience managing large field teams
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Proven experience managing project costs, approving invoices, and staying within budget
  • 3–7+ years in field operations, construction, industrial services, or similar
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Proficiency with systems such as QuickBooks, Excel, and project tracking tools

Nice to Have

  • Heavy industrial experience (pumping equipment, dredging, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting equipment in the field
  • Experience generating weekly operational reports
  • Bachelors preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support field operations and project needs
