Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Polisher to join our production team. As a Polisher, you will be responsible for the final surface finishing of our products, ensuring every piece meets our rigorous aesthetic standards. This role is ideal for a Polisher who possesses a keen eye for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include
  • Operate manufacturing machinery to achieve specific surface finishes and lusters.
  • Utilize our internal manufacturing software to track production flow and inventory.
  • Identify potential defects and solve technical problems during the finishing process.
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Operator team and Warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in the Warehouse and production floor.
  • Coordinate with the Manufacturing Operator lead to meet daily output goals.
  • Assist the Warehouse team with the careful handling of finished goods.
  • Function as a key Manufacturing Operator by ensuring all equipment is maintained and calibrated.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Some familiarity with operating manufacturing machinery.
  • Able to develop effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to learn and judge acceptable quality parameters quickly.
  • Rudimentary computer literacy; able to work within our manufacturing software program.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to learn from and take ownership of mistakes.
  • Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $19.00 – $24.00/hr
