Job description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Laborer and Machine Operator to join our 1st-shift team. This isnt a desk job-its a gritty, hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for keeping our production lines moving, operating heavy machinery, and using a forklift to move materials throughout the facility. If you arent afraid to get your hands dirty, work in a shop environment that is loud and active, and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time position starting at $19/hr with consistent 1st-shift hours, providing you with a steady schedule and a stable work-life balance.

Whats In It For You?
  • Steady 1st and 2nd Shift hours available: Enjoy your evenings and weekends with a reliable morning-to-afternoon schedule.
  • Competitive Pay: Start at $19/hr with room for growth based on performance.
  • Growth Opportunities: We value workers who show up and work hard; we provide paths to more advanced technical roles.
  • Active Work Environment: You won't be staring at a screen all day; youll be on the move, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work in real-time.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Machine Operation: Safely set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals.
  • Material Handling: Operate a forklift to load/unload materials, move finished products to shipping, and organize the warehouse floor.
  • Manual Labor: Perform heavy lifting, stacking, and palletizing of products; maintain a clean and safe workspace in a gritty industrial setting.
  • Quality Control: Inspect parts and finished goods for defects to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintenance Support: Perform basic troubleshooting and routine cleaning of machines to prevent downtime.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Forklift Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (certification preferred).
  • Industrial Background: Prior experience as a laborer or machine operator in a "gritty" environment (construction, manufacturing, or heavy labor).
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in varying shop temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance-our team relies on you to be there.
  • Safety Mindset: A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program. Access to training and development to expand your technical certifications.
