    Job description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Production Associate. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on the careful assembly and quality repair of mobile devices. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing, gain valuable warehouse experience, and learn precision assembly and quality control techniques with hands-on training provided.

    Responsibilities Include
    • Perform efficient, accurate, and high-quality repairs on Apple iPhones, including testing, certification, and troubleshooting.
    • Polish and buff LCD screens on devices without causing damage (e.g., burning screens or creating waves).
    • Assist with the operation and routine maintenance of the grinding and polishing machine.
    • Handle the safe assembly, boxing, and organized packing of cell phones within the facility.
    • Maintain the "wet" polishing machine, including adding water, cleaning the internal carpet, and basic troubleshooting.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all processed items to meet strict warehouse standards.
    Skills & Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred (but training is provided!).
    • Polishing or buffing experience (e.g., auto body work) is a major plus.
    • Previous machine operation and machine maintenance experience is a plus.
    • Prior experience using a microscope is a benefit.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses a steady hand with good eyesight.
    • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 35 lbs on a daily basis.
    • Must be willing to accept instruction, follow direction, and understand instructions in English.
