Our client, in the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a TeleOperations Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a TeleOperations Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations supporting TeleOps Service missions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: TeleOperations Shift Supervisor

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Range: $36.00/hour

Shift: Various shifts available; (4) 10-hour days; All schedules include at least 1 weekend day

What's the Job?

• Supervise a team of TeleOps operators to ensure operational excellence and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate daily service operations supporting autonomous vehicle missions and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor team members, promoting a safety-centric and inclusive communication culture.
• Collaborate with other leaders within Fleet Operations to optimize vehicle fleet performance and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of TeleOps experience supporting autonomous vehicle operations.
• Experience working in collaborative, high-performance environments with a focus on teamwork.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination.
