What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will be responsible for day-to-day customer contact, working closelywith plant personnel (cell leader, team leaders, sales, etc.) to schedulecustomer orders and respond to customer inquiries
  • Further, you will be required to work with production management toidentify and resolve potential impediments to schedules and contribute todetermining solutions for out of flow parts, working with engineers, thecustomer, and production to resolve issues
  • In this position, you will maintain an ongoing relationship withcustomers including delivery schedules, and issue resolution
  • You will be responsible for maintaining current inventory counts foreach of the different steps in the process, utilizing both Oracle as well asphysical inventory processes
  • You are the point of contact for customer visits regarding physicalinventory counts and WIP reconciliation
  • Also, you will be responsible for data integrity on digitalrepresentation of customer part inventory and customer order status

  • You must have a High School Diploma or GED and 7-years of experienceincluding 2 - 4 years in customer service and 5 or more in operations,specifically with coatings processes preferred
  • In addition you must have demonstrated ability to work with many business functionsand a dynamic team
  • Further, you will need Microsoft Office Suite skills, including MS Word (Basic),MS PowerPoint (Basic), and MS Excel (Intermediate / Advanced)
  • You will need Enterprise Resource Planning skills, such as Oracle(intermediate preferred)
