Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Develop, test, and maintain front-end features using TypeScript and React under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Contribute to backend services written in Go, including bug fixes, enhancements, and unit testing.
- Assist in ServiceNow development, including catalog items, workflows, and platform scripting.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Use platform-provided tooling - CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), IaC modules (Terraform), and internal developer portal (IDP) templates - to build and ship features.
- Contribute to the development of agentic and AI product capabilities - AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered features - with mentorship from senior engineers, ideally leveraging AWS Bedrock.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-2 years of professional software development experience (internships and co-ops count).
- Foundational knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and a modern front-end framework, preferably React.
- Familiarity with at least one backend language; exposure to Go is a plus.
- Understanding of Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a demonstrated desire to learn.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to the ServiceNow platform or certification coursework.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Coursework or personal projects involving cloud services, AI agents, or LLM-based tooling.
